of registered users and the opportunity of contacting other registered users that may match your search criteria.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS UPON REGISTRATION
- You will only be able to use the services provided by the NannyLove Company by completing our registration process.
- You agree that all information that you provide to us or other users in relation to your registration
and your use of this website must be complete and accurate.
- You are solely responsible for the information that you provide to us and for all information that you
post on this website.
- You also agree to maintain and promptly update the information that you provide to us in order to keep
it current, complete and accurate.
- Upon registration you will be provided with a password for further use of this website.
You agree that you will be the sole user of that password and that you will not disclose
it or permit it to be used by any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for the
security, privacy and use of the password provided to you. You agree that you are solely responsible

- breach any applicable laws, statutes or regulations;
- collect or store personal date about other users;
- create liability for www.nannylove.com.au or cause www.nannylove.com.au to lose the services of
our ISPS or other suppliers;
- post, disseminate or transmit any material that contains any computer viruses, Trojan horses,
worms or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures
of any computer hardware, software or telecommunications equipment or to surreptitiously intercept,
access without authority or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
- extract or attempt to extract any substantial part of the database comprising all postings on the website;
- cause www.nannylove.com.au, or servers or networks connected to the site to be interrupted,
damaged, disrupted or rendered less efficient or causes the effectiveness or functionality of the
Site to be in any way impaired;
- disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to www.nannylove.com.au;
- continue to send email or other correspondence to any other user of www.nannylove.com.au after being
requested to stop doing so by that other user;
- include or create links to or from the website;
- copy or use any material from the website for any commercial purpose;
- download any file or materials posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know,

- post any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters,
junk mail, pyramids or any other form of solicitation;
- refuse to follow a reasonable instruction or direction from the site operator.
- Any conduct falling within the categories listed in subparagraph 4 above shall constitute legitimate
ground for immediate suspension from www.nannylove.com.au and/or removal of any offending posting without notice.
YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND WARRANTIES
- You acknowledge and warrant that we do not pre-screen information and content posted on www.nannylove.com.au
but that we shall have the right, though not the obligation, in our absolute discretion to remove or edit

website and that neither we or our service providers are in any way liable or responsible for any such content,
views, opinions or any other information, even though it may be posted, uploaded or e-mailed in breach of one
or more of the restrictions imposed by the User Agreement’s On-Line Conduct Provisions.
- You acknowledge and understand that by using this website you may be exposed to content and information
that is offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable.

regulations or where our rights or any third party rights are threatened or infringed.

activities to your internet service provider, your employer or the relevant legal authorities. Further or in the
alternative, any such breach or breaches may lead to legal action being taken against you.
- If you become aware of any breach or potential breach of the rules that govern use of this website by any party,
please contact us immediately at admin@nannylove.com.au.
- We reserve the right to take what action we judge necessary to address or prevent such breaches.
- We reserve the right to unilaterally modify any information posted or uploaded on to this website with or
without notice and for any reason.

You grant to The NannyLove Company a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy,
reproduce, modify, adapt, display, publish, translate, sublicence, create derivative works from, distribute any
content or information that you post, upload or email on or through this website and/or to incorporate such
content in any other works in any form.
INDEMNITY
Your agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents
harmless from and against any claims and expenses, including, but not limited, to reasonable legal fees, made
by any third party that arises out of your breach of this User Agreement, including documents incorporated by
reference, your breach of any warranty or representation, your violation of any law or the rights of a third
party in relation to any content you upload, post or email on or through this website or your use of this website.
AGREEMENT MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to unilaterally modify this User Agreement and/or the Security and Privacy Policy at
any time and without notice by posting the amended User Agreement and/or Security and Privacy Policy on the
website or be sending details of the amendment to the email address that you provide. We also reserve the right
at any time and without notice to revise the contents of this website, including the services that we offer.
Continued use of the services provided by www.nannylove.com.au after the amended Agreement and/or Security and
Privacy Policy has been posted on the website or has been sent to your email address shall be deemed to be your
agreement to the amended terms and condition

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, together with our Security and Privacy Policy, set out the
whole of the agreement between us. If any part of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement is unenforceable
(including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of
these conditions will not be affected.
NOTICES
Except as otherwise stated, any notices that you wish to send to us should be emailed to
admin@nannylove.com.au. Any notices that we may wish bring to your
attention will either be posted on the website and/or emailed to your email address.
